9. Substantiation Study on territorial planning in the context of European policies and strategies

This substantiation study completes the issue of county planning with an x-ray of relevant European legislation, policies and strategies in the context of territorial development.

Thus, documents related to the European territorial policy, the development scheme of the Community Space, the European Network for the Monitoring of Territorial Development and Cohesion, the EU Territorial Agenda, the Green Paper on Territorial Cohesion, the Europe 2020 Strategy and other reference documents were analyzed.
