This section is dedicated to the Territorial development strategy of the county, which was elaborated taking into consideration the information presented in the substantiation studies and especially the main aspects (positive and negative) presented in the general diagnosis and the scenarios presented in the prospective diagnosis. The strategy covers the following aspects:
– the European, national, regional, county planning context;
– development scenarios and vision, targets, territorial objectives, priorities, and measures – for the 2030 horizon;
– risk identification and mitigation strategy;
– implementation framework and capacity building proposals;
– proposed measures for facilitating the implementation of CCSP;
– implementation monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, including impact and result indicators;
– stakeholder engagement (including a summary of the consultation process during the planning period); and
– communication and dissemination plan.
